One of the few unspoilt, non-commercialised coastal sites with unpolluted sea air, situated on the beautiful s.w. coast, with easy access to our sandy beach and picturesque views of our Chine and Brighstone Forest.
The whole area is ideal for cycling, fishing, fossil hunting - a walkers paradise.

We are a small, family run working farm, having many unusual, friendly animals including: Alpacas, pigs, goats, pony, horse, water buffalos, donkey, poultry etc + small pets.
We have 4 Cottage Barn Conversions, and 12 Static Caravans situated on an old lifeboat station area, a stone throw from the beach!

Grange Farm in the snow, on our small quiet family run farm, surrounded by fields and picture views of our beach and the Brighstone Downs & forest, ideal for walking and cycling. Nowhere is to far on the island though Brighstone Village - just under 1 mile. (about 15 minutes walk) Freshwater - 7 miles away (about 10 minutes drive) The main town "Newport" is 8 miles away (15 minutes drive) and to give you an idea Ryde (the other side of the Island) is about 45 minutes drive and Shanklin is about 25 minutes drive away. Buses:- summer timetable is normally May to October any dates outside of this time can mean a lot less buses, so please be warned. (see links for the bus timetables) also the summer timetable dates do move around. Brighstone Beach:- In the winter most of the sand is replaced with pebbles, the sand normally comes in from about March onwards but this can change depending on the weather. Our on site Shop:- Although we stock a good deal of canned and packeted food in the shop, you may need to take a trip to Brighstone village to stock up on fresh fruit & vegetables.
